New ways to extend your enterprise

HP is always looking for ways to innovate and extend the value of our products to help you gain more from your investments. HP Halo Webcasting is a prime example of this, because it leverages your existing HP Halo telepresence endpoints to stream high-quality live or on-demand webcast content to attendees around the world.

As many as three presenters from three different HP Halo sites can be included in each webcast. So, multiple content experts can participate, without bringing them all to a single location. This extends the cost-savings benefits of HP Halo endpoints by eliminating the need to travel to TV studios or to book costly satellite time.

Presenters simply go to their own in-house HP Halo studios to record or participate in a live video event. Employees or external audiences in the home, the office or away can see and engage with spokespeople via their notebooks or PCs. Easy access to a customizable media portal – featuring presentation slides, surveys and live question-and-answer sessions – helps to enrich each webcast.

As an end-to-end solution, HP Halo Webcasting combines the broadcast-ready video and audio quality of HP Halo endpoints with the turnkey managed services provided by HP Media Solutions, including webcast planning and scripting, as well as video production, editing and distribution.
